After this date, transfers are no longer available.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"948\"><strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"946\">b) Refund through BeTicketing insurance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1134\">If you purchased BeTicketing insurance, you may request a refund directly through the insurance provider.<br data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1057\" \/><strong data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1066\">Note:<\/strong> The organizer does <em data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1091\">not<\/em> refund entry fees under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1240\">The refund option is available <strong data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1175\">only<\/strong> through the BeTicketing insurance purchased during registration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1355\">BeTicketing insurance offers a refund of up to <strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1318\">80% of the paid entry fee<\/strong>, up to <strong data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1336\">\u20ac4,000<\/strong>, in cases such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1612\">\n<li data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1443\">\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1443\">Medically confirmed illnesses (including conditions caused by epidemics\/pandemics)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1501\">\n<p data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1501\">Pregnancy or childbirth up to 7 days before the event<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1612\">\n<p data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1612\">Public transport strikes, exams, serious property damage, or other unforeseen and documented circumstances<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1630\"><strong data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1628\">Important:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"2069\">\n<li data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1752\">\n<p data-start=\"1633\" data-end=\"1752\">The claim must be submitted within <strong data-start=\"1668\" data-end=\"1686\">5 working days<\/strong> of the incident and no later than <strong data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1749\">72 hours after the event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1833\">\n<p data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1833\">Proper documentation is required (e.g., medical certificate, police report).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1911\">\n<p data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1911\">Refunds are made by bank transfer within <strong data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1887\">8 days<\/strong> after claim approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1912\" data-end=\"1977\">\n<p data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"1977\">The organizer does not issue refunds under any circumstances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2069\">\n<p data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2069\">Refunds are possible <strong data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2009\">only<\/strong> if BeTicketing insurance was purchased during registration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2208\">You will receive a link and QR code for submitting a claim from BeTicketing upon purchasing the insurance.<br data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2180\" \/>More info: <em data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2208\">BeTicketing FAQ<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2208\"><em data-start=\"2191\" data-end=\"2208\"><strong data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2243\">FINAL DEADLINE: 20 March 2027<\/strong><br data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2246\" \/>After this date, no changes of any kind will be possible, regardless of the reason.
